Jay has been the Director of Plant Operations for Colavria Hospitality since 2005. Jay has an extensive background in residential remodeling and construction covering more than 20 years. Experienced with both high-end multi-million dollar projects, as well as small-sized custom renovations, Jay provides expertise for high-quality remodeling projects and building improvements at the facilities managed by Colavria. Jay is extremely knowledgeable and involved with Life Safety regulations and ongoing Emergency Preparedness.
