Kelly Doran

Kelly Doran serves as the Associate Vice President of Capital Projects and Planning at Colby College since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Director of Engineering and Capital Projects at The Jackson Laboratory from May 2020 to October 2025, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of capital projects while aligning with the organization’s multi-campus master plan. From October 2008 to May 2020, Kelly held the position of Director of Capital Projects and Construction at Colby College, providing leadership in capital planning and project management to support the College’s strategic objectives. Additional experience includes serving as Interim Director of Physical Plant, directing campus planning and maintenance initiatives, and working as a Project Manager at OEST Associates, Inc. from 2001 to 2008. Kelly holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
