Gary Horne

Gary Horne has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Finance and Operations at Colchester Institute since February 2008. Under Gary Horne's leadership, Colchester Institute has become the largest vocational college in North Essex and Suffolk, serving approximately 12,000 students annually.
