Gregg Sedun

Director & Lead Financier at Cold Bore Technology

Gregg Sedun is a seasoned financier and executive with over 25 years of experience in the mining, clean technology, and energy sectors. Gregg began their career in 1993 as a Founding Director and Legal Counsel for Diamond Fields Resources Inc., which was acquired by Inco Ltd. in 1996. In 1995, they were a Founding Director of Adastra Minerals Inc., which was acquired by First Quantum Minerals in 2006. In 2002, they were a Founding Shareholder and Director of Luna Gold, which later merged with JDL Mining to become Trek Mining and eventually Equinox Gold. In 2003, they were a Founding Shareholder of Peru Copper Inc., which was acquired by China Aluminum Copper Corporation in 2007. From 1996 to 2004, they served as President of Sedun DeWitt Capital Corp., a private venture capital firm. In 2016, they became a Founding Shareholder and Former Director of Current Power & Gas Inc., a deregulated energy provider. Gregg also served as Director and Lead Financier of Cold Bore Technology, a company that raised $15 million, and as Director and Financier of Northstar Clean Technologies Inc., a Vancouver-based clean technology company. In 2016, they became Lead Director of Core Gold Inc., which was acquired by Titan Minerals Ltd. in 2020.

Gregg Sedun attended the University of Manitoba from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
