Chris Welch is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in global operations and materials management. Currently serving as the Global Operations Expansion Director at Cold Chain Technologies since August 2021, Chris is responsible for establishing new physical sites to support global manufacturing and distribution networks. Previously, Chris held the position of Senior Commodity Manager at Cold Chain Technologies, overseeing supplier relationships and negotiations. With a robust background at Advanced Instruments, including the role of Materials Manager, Chris has demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiations, cost reduction, and compliance with medical device regulations.
