Heather Hargraves

Heather Hargraves is an experienced marketing communications professional with a strong background in developing and executing diverse marketing strategies. Currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager at Cold Chain Technologies since July 2021, Heather has previously held similar roles at Headwall and Radius Innovation & Development, where efforts led to increased brand awareness and improved marketing metrics. With expertise in content creation, campaign management, and ROI analysis, Heather has also contributed to BCC Research as Content Marketing Director and has extensive experience from positions at IDC, Xceedance, Bertucci's, and Lindt & Sprungli. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Worcester State University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
