Michelle Duarte

Michelle Duarte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Senior Global Supplier Quality Manager at Cold Chain Technologies since April 2019, Michelle has held multiple key positions focused on supplier quality and engineering. Prior to this role, Michelle spent over 23 years at Honeywell, where responsibilities included leading operational excellence initiatives, partnering with suppliers for quality improvement, and supervising quality engineering teams. Michelle holds a BSc Honours degree in Applied Consumer Science from Northumbria University and has a solid foundation in science from earlier educational pursuits.
