Allen Simes

Allen Simes has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Allen began their career in 1994 as an Operations Manager at Schaerer Mayfield, where they were responsible for overseeing various machining and assembly processes. In 2002, they joined Deltec Inc. as a Manufacturing Supervisor, where they gained experience in CNC programming and machine operation. In 2005, they moved on to TSS Technologies Inc. as a Senior Program Manager in the Medical Division, handling tasks such as contract negotiations and cost reduction programs. Finally, in 2007, they joined Cold Jet as a Manufacturing Plant Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing a range of administrative functions. Eventually, they were promoted to Director of Operations, where they were responsible for supporting global sales and service across two manufacturing facilities.

Allen Simes completed their education from 2001 to 2002 by earning a certificate in OSHA 30 and Manufacturing from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. In 2019, they pursued further education at The Chatfield Edge, where they achieved an Associates's degree in Liberal Arts with a Business Concentration. Additionally, from 2019 to 2022, they attended the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business.
