Austin Barcome has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the School Principal at Cold Spring School since July 2017, where previous roles included Assistant Principal and Dean of Students. Prior to this, Austin was an MBA in Education Leadership Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, blending education leadership practices with business insights. Experience as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Hawthorne Elementary School further enriched Austin's background, along with coaching roles at Warren Township Athletics and the Warren Aquatics Club. Austin's educational credentials comprise a National Principal Academy Fellowship in Instructional Leadership and an MBA in Education Leadership, both from the University of Indianapolis, along with degrees in Health and Physical Education/Fitness and Education from the same institution.

Cold Spring School is a progressive, independent school that welcomes children from diverse backgrounds in multi-grade classrooms from preschool to sixth grade.
