Brewed in Scotland, ch*sen by you. Each of our beers is handcrafted in small batches; if drinkers love them they go on draught across the country. Our name derives from Edinburgh's Calton Hill, which was originally called Caltoun, meaning Cold Town. Since the 16th Century, Edinburgh has been a brewers city. Opinions vary why but the quality of our natural water and ease of access to first class local barley makes the city and ideal place for brewing beer.
