Nick Kuryluk is the founder and president of CoSality™ Executive Partners, a professional services firm that customizes Chief of Staff services and staffing for leadership teams. They are a co-founder of Virtus Insights Inc., a boutique life sciences management consulting firm focused on strategic planning, commercialization, project management, and change management. They co-founded ColdBlock Technologies Inc., served as CEO, led capital raising and the development of R&D, commercial, and manufacturing operations in Ontario, and have chaired its board since July 2021. They have served as Director of Business Development on the Brain Injury Association of Peel and Halton (BIAPH) board since 2023, and previously held governance and leadership roles at Amgen Canada (1991–2013) and on the University of Toronto Governing Council (2010–2019).
