Initial Evaluation — Our initial conversation is focused on understanding your business and your funding request. We will also determine any credit challenges and mitigating factors.

Fund Sourcing — Once we have identified a deal structure and lending parameters we will then select multiple funding sources for the credit presentation.

Term Comparison — After obtaining term sheets from selected lenders we will prepare a comparison proposal and evaluate with client to determine the best course of action.

Processing/Closing — Our team stays actively involved through the processing stage to maintain efficiency. If the current lender selection in unsuccessful we will simply select another.
