Kristen Dutton

Kristen Dutton is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in project management, production analysis, and quality control. Currently serving at ColdSnap™ since April 2022, Kristen previously held the same title at Peloton Interactive from July 2019 to April 2022. Kristen's extensive experience includes managing a plant with over 30 employees and overseeing operations for a facility generating $18 million in revenue. Additional roles include Plant Manager and Production Manager at a prior confidential company, where responsibilities encompassed staffing, human resources, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. Kristen holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
