David Dutchen

David Dutchen currently serves as Regional Director at hear.com since October 2017 while also being a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Alliance Realty since January 2015. The Dutchen Group boasts over 30 years of expertise in new and resale home transactions, including new home sales, trust and probate sales, short sale and foreclosure sales, and various financing options such as conventional, FHA, and VA sales, as well as 1031 exchanges. David Dutchen's past experiences include roles as Area Sales Manager at Enterprise Rideshare and Account Executive for Fleet Management at Enterprise. David Dutchen earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, between 1992 and 1998.
