Bob Pierce

Bob Pierce has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and management at Coldwell Banker Barnes since April 2004. Previously, Bob held key positions such as Secretary/Treasurer at the Tennessee State Trapshooting Association from 1984 to 2016, and Vice President at AmericanModus from January 2010 to December 2014, where development of contacts in various Chinese cities was a focus. Bob was also a Principal at Retail Development and Investment, overseeing acquisition and development of retail shopping centers from October 2000 to December 2013, and at Commercial Industrial Real Estate Associates, where site selection for Fortune 500 companies was a primary responsibility from July 1992 to October 2000. Bob Pierce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Lipscomb University, obtained between 1963 and 1967.
