Jon Morris

Jon Morris has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Jon currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty since 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Advantage Property Management from 2014, where they held the position of Real Estate Broker and Property Manager. During their tenure, they successfully grew the firm from 0 to over 200 units and was responsible for creating business plans, marketing strategies, and managing a team of leasing agents.

Before joining Advantage Property Management, Jon worked at Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty from 2002. During their time there, they held various roles including Director of Foreclosure Services, Managing Broker, REO Assistant, and Sales Associate. In these roles, they handled corporate evaluation orders, managed foreclosed properties, and played a crucial role in sales and negotiations.

Jon Morris attended the University of West Georgia from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
