Nate Molter is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years. Since November 2017, Nate has held multiple roles including Broker Associate at eXp Realty and Real Estate Broker at Nate Molter @ eXp Realty of California Inc., alongside owning Upstate Properties, a locally operated real estate team. Nate also has a concurrent position as Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker C&C Properties and has owned Move Realty since August 2015. Previous experience includes roles at Venture Properties, Remax Business, and Premier Real Estate Consultants. Nate Molter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design from California State University, Chico, from 1996 to 1998.
