Dee Downey is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning from 1995 to the present. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Chicora Real Estate since March 2018, Dee specializes in residential sales, new homes, second homes, and land sales, consistently exceeding client expectations. Previously, Dee held the title of Associate Broker at Samson Properties and was recognized as a NVAR Lifetime Top Producer during a tenure as an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from May 2005 to July 2015. Dee began assisting buyers and sellers in 1998 after becoming licensed in 1995. Additionally, Dee contributed to the education of prospective realtors as a Real Estate Instructor at Moseley Real Estate Schools in 2010 and was an Associate Broker at Century 21 New Millennium from 1998 to 2005. Prior to a career in real estate, Dee spent ten years teaching ninth-grade Environmental Science and Physical Education at Key West High School while also coaching varsity volleyball. Dee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Physical Education, and Science from Towson University.
