Stephen's background includes significant roles in various organizations focused on youth care, such as Residential Counselor Mentor at The Crossnore School and Residential Counselor at Wolf Creek Academy, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting at-risk youth. Stephen also held positions in sales management at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and provided care for individuals with developmental disabilities at UMAR, Inc.
