Jay Parrish has a diverse work experience. Jay has worked at Coldwell Banker Elite since 2016, starting as an Associate Broker and Realtor® and later becoming the Director of Business Development. In their role as the Digital Marketing Manager, they managed the firm's digital marketing strategy and tactics, trained the sales team on effective use of CRM, managed multiple digital marketing projects, and supported real estate agents and teams with their marketing initiatives. Prior to this, Jay co-founded Parrish Learning Zone, LLC in 2010. Jay also worked as a Realtor® at Century 21 New Millennium from 2015 to 2016 and as a Marketing/Business Teacher at Spotsylvania County Schools from 2008 to 2015.

Jay Parrish is a highly educated individual with a strong focus on business and real estate. Jay obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Jay has pursued several certifications and professional designations to enhance their knowledge and expertise. Jay obtained the following certifications:
