Stefanie Ainge Hahn

Stefanie Ainge Hahn has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Stefanie started their career in 2000 at Excite@Home, where they worked as an Adv. Hybrid Fiber Coax Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying network equipment for cable modem service. Stefanie obtained CCNA and CCNP certifications during their time at Excite@Home.

In 2002, Hahn joined Coldwell Banker Diamond, Realtors as the Director of Education, Software Support, and Sales Associate. Stefanie'sresponsibilities included organizing and managing training programs for the company, as well as developing and teaching technology training for agents, managers, and staff. Stefanie also provided in-office training at sales meetings.

In 2008, Hahn moved to Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors, where they held multiple roles. Stefanie initially served as the Education Director and Social Media Lead, overseeing and maintaining training programs within the company. Stefanie created and taught extensive technology training sessions and updated the education program each year to include new courses.

Hahn's most recent role at Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors was Vice President of Operations, which they started in November 2015. In this position, they handled day-to-day operations across all companies in the Hearthside family. Stefanie supported managers, agents, and employees, and interfaced with all departments on various issues such as agent and employee support, vendor issues, new initiatives, marketing, and market forecasting and planning.

Stefanie Ainge Hahn has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Business from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they hold Professional Certifications in Microsoft, including MCP, MCSE, MCSE + I, and NT 4.0 in Networking from Pennsylvania State University (Abington). Stefanie also has obtained a certification in Network Leadership from the Women's Council of REALTORS® in 2017.
