Chris Paulsen

Chris Paulsen is currently an Associate Partner at Coldwell Banker Heritage in Dayton. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Real Estate Senior Sales Associate at the same company. Before transitioning to the real estate industry, Chris worked at the Dayton Ohio Police Department for over two decades, first as a Stores Clerk and then as a Radio Information Officer. Chris pursued further education in Real Estate Sales at Sinclair Community College after graduating from Patterson Cooperative High School in Dayton, Ohio.
