Chris Ducey

Chris Ducey has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. In 2000, they started as a Real Estate Sales Agent at BDA Realty and Construction, where they worked until 2002 before moving on to Beach Realty as a Real Estate Broker. In 2005, they joined Coldwell Banker-Seaside Realty as a Senior Associate Broker, where they stayed until 2011. During their time there, they specialized in high-end residential home sales. In 2011, they joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as an Associate Broker and later became a Branch Vice President until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Long and Foster, REALTORS as the Director of Business Development/Annapolis Offices, and from 2016 to 2017, they served as a Co-Branch Manager at the same company. Chris then became a Managing Broker at Long and Foster, REALTORS from 2018 to 2023, using their extensive experience to assist their colleagues. In 2023, they joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston as the Senior Vice President of Sales.

From 1988 to 1993, Chris Ducey attended Radford University, where they obtained a BS degree in Criminal Justice.
