Evan Potvin

Evan Potvin is a seasoned real estate professional with significant experience in property management and business development. Since February 2007, Evan has served as the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Islands Realty, recognized as the top real estate agency in the Lake Champlain Islands, renowned for its commitment to quality and service. Prior to this role, Evan owned Porch Light Property Management from October 2008 to April 2015, providing vacation home and residential rental management services. Additionally, Evan contributed to business development efforts at Vacasa in 2015. Evan holds an Associate of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Real Estate from Valencia College and has furthered studies at Champlain College.
