Lauretta Fogg has over 30 years of experience as a real estate professional. Lauretta started their career in 1989 as a Realtor at Esslinger Wooten Maxwell, specializing in properties in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, and Pinecrest. Lauretta'sfocus was on waterfront estates and corporate relocation. Lauretta then joined Coldwell Banker MM Parrish Realtors in 1997, where they held various positions including Realtor, Broker Associate, and Senior Vice President. Lauretta was consistently recognized as a member of Coldwell Banker Presidents Premier, which represents the top 1% of all Sales Associates worldwide. Lauretta is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), distinctions held by only 3% of all Realtors nationwide. Lauretta has recently acquired the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations, giving their an advantage in listing luxury properties.

Lauretta Fogg obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising and Journalism from Auburn University, where they studied from 1968 to 1972. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications over the years. In 1995, Lauretta became a Certified Residential Specialist and completed the Gradiate of Realtor Institute program. In 2017, they obtained certifications as a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist and a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
