Kathy Cole

Kathy Cole is an experienced Associate Broker and Team Leader at Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, leading the Cole Luxury Team since October 1982. In addition to their role in real estate, Kathy has served as both Trustee and Treasurer for the Horse Mountain Metro District and as Treasurer for the Danvid Townhouses West Homeowners Association since January 2001. Kathy is a longstanding member of multiple real estate organizations including the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Vail Board of Realtors, where Kathy also held positions such as President and Officer/Director. Kathy's extensive background in resort real estate, combined with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University, enhances their professional capabilities in providing exceptional real estate experiences.
