Steve MacDonald is the Owner and President of Vail Management Company, a full-service property management firm in the Vail Valley of Colorado, managing luxury homes, vacation rental condos, and homeowners' associations since May 1989. In addition, Steve has served as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties since 1987, consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents nationwide for the past six years. Involvement with the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Vail Board of REALTORS has been ongoing since 1985. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Colorado State University and is a licensed Broker Associate in Real Estate from the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
