Christine Faircloth is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Realtor with James & Lee Realty since October 2013, Christine specializes in resale listings and new construction, offering services on both national and global levels. In addition to this role, Christine is also a Real Estate Agent at Swell Realty Co. and Coldwell Banker Premier. As President of Faircloth Real Estate Services, Inc., Christine’s client-centric approach has driven substantial success. Previous roles include Site Manager at Sommerton 55+ Active Adult Community, Sales Agent at Rose & Womble Realty, and various positions in real estate support and project management earlier in the career.
