Stephen Meadows

Stephen Meadows has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Stephen is currently a Chief Operating Officer at Coldwell Banker Premier, a position they have been in since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Coldwell Banker Premier starting from February 2020. Meadows is also an Advisory Council Member at Scout, where they evaluate and recommends improvements to platform features and customer experience. Stephen joined Scout in January 2023. Additionally, Meadows has worked as an Editorial Contributor at RealTrends since September 2022. Stephen served as an Advisory Board Member at the University of Richmond from July 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they held positions at Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, American Home Shield, Reliant Realty - ERA Powered, and Tennessee CRS Chapter, where they held various managerial and leadership roles.

Stephen Meadows completed their education in a chronological order. Stephen first attended Southwestern Michigan College from 2001 to 2003 and earned an Associate's Degree in Psychology. Following this, they enrolled in Bethel College - Company and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Stephen has obtained multiple certifications. In 2002, they completed the Graduate REALTOR Institute program offered by the Michigan Association of REALTORS. In 2007, they became a Certified Residential Specialist through the Council of Residential Specialists.

More recently, Stephen received several certifications related to their career in real estate. Stephen obtained the Smart Home Certification from Coldwell Banker in December 2016. In August 2015, they became a Certified Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaches Alliance. In August 2018, Stephen completed the "Creating Your Personal Brand" certification offered by LinkedIn. Most recently, in December 2020, they obtained the West Virginia Associate Broker license from the West Virginia Real Estate Commission.
