Lindsay Listanski

Lindsay is the National Vice President, Field Marketing Strategies for Coldwell Banker on both the company owned and franchise sides of the business. Since joining the brand in 2011, she has been a driving force for the company’s media and communications strategies.

In her current role, she oversees the public relations, internal communications, and multimedia teams and agencies which support the brand’s 94,000 agents around the world.

A digital native, Lindsay regularly speaks at brand and industry events on marketing and media trends. Lindsay was named one of the top 20 social influencers in real estate on Stefan Swanepoel’s Power 200 rankings as well as a PR News Mover and Shaker in 2017 and 2018. She also was recognized as Realogy’s Innovator of the Year in 2016.

She is a graduate of Marywood University, where she earned her degree in marketing and is also a licensed Realtor®.
