SVP Human Resources, Realogy at Coldwell Banker Realty

Tanya Reu-Narvaez is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Realogy Holding Corp. In this role, she oversees the team responsible for supporting Coldwell Banker Realty and Realogy Franchise Group (RFG). Reu-Narvaez was named to this role in 2018 as part of the shared services integration of the two core businesses to provide a more comprehensive HR offering to leaders and employees.

Reu-Narvaez previously was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Realogy’s Corporate and Franchise Group divisions. In that role, she was responsible for implementing strategic talent initiatives including talent management, employee engagement, leadership coaching, talent acquisition and retention.

With 20-plus years’ experience in human resources, Reu-Narvaez drives human capital strategies for the Realogy Brokerage Group/RFG corporate team as well as their global franchised brands, including Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate®, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty®.

Reu-Narvaez is also responsible for workforce diversity and inclusion and has built strategic relationships with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA,) the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP) and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) to drive engagement with diverse communities.

She is a member and former Chair of NAHREP’s Corporate Board of Governors, serves on the Rutgers SMLR HRM Department Advisory Board and is a former national board member of AREAA. She has served as a Board of Trustee for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northern New Jersey and is a mentor in Soledad O’Brien’s PowHERful Foundation.

Reu-Narvaez has received a number of prestigious awards, including NAHREP’s inaugural Ernest J. Reyes Founders Award in 2014 for her work in advancing the cause of sustainable Hispanic homeownership and Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2013 “Women Worth Watching” award. She was also named to HousingWire’s Women of Influence list in 2013.
