Richard Maxfield brings extensive experience in real estate and financial development. Since August 2008, Richard served as a Past Member of the Board of Directors at UtahRealEstate.com, providing strategic counseling on financial and brand development for the multiple listing system. Richard has been an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2001 and the President of Simplified Investments PC since 1982, where assistance is offered to clients with all real estate needs. Additionally, Richard has held ownership of Simplified Investments, PC since 1970. Previous board experience includes serving as a Past Member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Wasatch Association of Realtors from 2003 to 2013. Richard's career began in banking with Savings and Loan from 1969 to 1972. Richard earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah, having also attended Snow College.
