Tanner Buck

Tanner Buck, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands Inc. since August 2022, Tanner previously held the role of Senior Business Intelligence Developer - Advanced Analytics at Optum from September 2019 to August 2022. Tanner's experience includes working as a BI Analyst/DBA/Power BI SME at Microsoft from January 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities involved developing SQL Server data marts and building custom tables and views. Earlier career experience includes serving as an IT Help Desk Technician at Washington State University, providing technical support, and as a kayak and biking tour guide for Crystal Seas/Teratrek, offering insights into the natural history of the San Juan Islands. Tanner holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Analytics and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from Washington State University.
