Kimberly Sands

Kimberly Sands currently serves as Broker In Charge at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage since June 2016 and has held a similar position at Coldwell Banker Advantage since March 2011. With a career in real estate that began in 2000, Kimberly has also owned Realty World from October 2006 to March 2011 and worked as a Home Retention Consultant at TITANIUM INC from January 2008 to February 2009, assisting sellers at risk of foreclosure. Kimberly's earlier experience includes a role as Broker at REMAX UNITED. Kimberly holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Merchandising from LIM, earned between 1988 and 1991.
