Debbie Shealey is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Broker at Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty since July 2009, Debbie has honed expertise in various aspects of real estate sales and client relations. Prior to this role, Debbie was the Broker in Charge and Office Manager at Sandalwood Construction from 1983 to 2009, where responsibilities included accounting, client meetings, coordination of interior selections, banking, permitting, and scheduling, facilitating clients' journeys from new construction to closing.
