Denice Tappero

Denice Tappero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and construction. Currently serving as a Broker at Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty since June 2010, Denice has also been the Owner of Coastal Construction of North Carolina since January 1998, a company with over 20 years of experience specializing in various types of building projects in the Outer Banks. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Manager at Stone Container Corporation from 1981 to 1998, where Denice was involved in land management, timber procurement, and environmental administration. Denice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Wildlife Management from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1978 and 1981.
