Tammy Dittman

Tammy Dittman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Broker-Salesperson at Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate since January 2017. Prior to this role, Tammy worked at Lahontan Properties from September 2009 to December 2016, also as a Broker-Salesperson, and held the position of Property Manager at Associated Island Brokers from July 2003 to June 2009, following an initial role as an assistant at Chelsea Realty. Tammy possesses comprehensive knowledge in appraising, title, and lending, and obtained the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation in 2010. Tammy’s educational background includes studies at Gogebic Community College and Lake Superior State University.
