Charlie Shook

Charlie Shook has extensive leadership experience in the real estate and community service sectors. Currently, Charlie serves as President and a member of the Board of Directors for the Indiana Association of Realtors, where significant contributions included advocating for enhanced educational requirements for real estate licensing in Indiana. As Chairperson of the West Lafayette Human Relations Commission, appointed by the City Council and Mayor, Charlie plays a key role in fostering community relations. Additionally, Charlie is a Commissioner on the Indiana Real Estate Commission, overseeing consumer protection. Beyond real estate, Charlie has held multiple directorships, including roles at Lafayette Savings Bank and the Tippecanoe Arts Federation. Charlie leads Coldwell Banker Shook, a family-owned brokerage founded in 1915. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA in Economics from DePauw University.
