Jim Newcomb, SGD, is an experienced wine educator specializing in fundamental and advanced wine courses through the International Sommelier Guild (ISG) since July 2011. As the founder and president of the Arrowhead Wine Enthusiast Club, Jim Newcomb holds a Level III certification from ISG and the Wine & Spirits Educational Trust (WSET). Additionally, Jim Newcomb has an extensive background in real estate as an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty since 2003, as well as prior roles in sales and marketing as Western Sales Director at J.B. Williams Co., Inc. and Sales Manager at Stouffer Foods Corp. Jim Newcomb earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Personnel Management from the University of Southern California and completed advanced wine studies at ISG.
