Nancy McClary

Nancy McClary is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Morris Realty since 2001. Specializing in residential sales and new construction, Nancy has earned designations from the National Association of REALTORS, including ePRO Certified and Agent At Home With Diversity. In addition to roles at Coldwell Banker, Nancy has served as a Director on the Association Board and MLS Board for the Punta Gorda Port Charlotte North Port Association of REALTORS, where leadership roles have included serving as President. Nancy's dedication to the industry is further reflected in volunteer work with Team Punta Gorda Advisory Committee and service as a Director for the Florida Association of REALTORS. Nancy holds an AS degree in International Studies from Fisher College.
