Patrick McTigue

Patrick McTigue has an extensive career in real estate, currently serving as the Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group since September 1979. As Principal Broker of Holland Realty, McTigue was instrumental in the merger with Tomlinson Group of Northern Idaho and Coldwell Banker Aspen of Boise, creating the largest real estate firm in Idaho, with a strong portfolio of approximately $3 billion and 1,100 agents. In addition to real estate, McTigue owns Idaho Sail Marine since 2002 and previously held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Marriott Hotels from February 1981 to June 1985. McTigue's educational background includes studies at Santa Barbara City College, the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and Arrowhead High in Hartland, WI.
