Kim Howard

Kim Howard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in accounting, real estate, and administrative support. Currently serving as an Accounting Technician for the County of Riverside since June 2023, Kim has also held multiple positions as a Realtor Sales Associate with eXp Realty of California, Inc., and Coldwell Banker Town and Country, and Blackstone. Previous experience includes working as a Billing Clerk and Payroll Assistant at Performance Team, where responsibilities included invoicing and shipment processing, as well as serving in the US Army. In earlier roles, Kim was an Executive Assistant at Symantec, managing schedules and documentation, and at L.F. George Properties/Construction Corp, handling leasing and architectural analysis. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resource from the University of Redlands.
