Ann Davis

Ann Davis is a seasoned professional in the housing industry, currently serving as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty since July 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Independent Consultant for Georgia HAP Administrators, specializing in HUD’s Section 8 project based voucher program from January 2017 to February 2020. Ann also held the position of Occupancy Manager at Athens Housing Authority for nearly 17 years, from May 2000 to January 2017, and worked as a Housing Administrator for the State of Georgia from 1997 to 2000. Ann holds a degree from The University of Georgia.
