Gary Neperud

Gary Neperud is a licensed real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Valley Brokers since February 2017 and has been a self-employed real estate investor and property manager since June 1999. Previously, Gary served as an Operations Supervisor and paramedic for both Falck USA and Rural/Metro Corporation, providing 911 ambulance services in Salem in partnership with the Salem Fire Department. In the construction industry, Gary was the owner and manager of GSN Construction, Inc. from 1996 to 2000. Gary's military service includes roles as an aerospace fire protection specialist in the United States Air Force and a telephone and data circuitry equipment specialist in the Oregon Air National Guard. Gary holds Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Emergency Medical Technology from Chemeketa Community College and Linn-Benton Community College.
