Joe Foty

Joe Foty has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker West and as a real estate sales professional at Ascent Real Estate since March 2006. Joe specializes in residential properties, including REOs, short sales, and 1031 exchanges, while also focusing on first-time buyers and sellers, as well as income-producing properties. Prior to their real estate career, Joe worked as a registered nurse at Cedar Sinai and UCLA Medical Center from June 1999 to March 2006, with a specialization in psych, HIV, and oncology. Joe's educational background includes studies at Santa Monica College and a nursing degree from UCLA.
