Kim Rutledge - Vice President

Kim Rutledge has a diverse work experience in various roles. Kim started their career in 1989 as an Account Executive at Dean Witter. In 1991, they joined Re/Max Corporate as a Senior Relocation Specialist, where they served as a Wal-Mart Account Manager until 1998. From 1998 to 2005, they owned and served as the President of Source One Relocation and Consulting, a real estate company. Kim then joined Griffin Company Realtors in 2005 as an Executive Broker until 2009. Currently, they are working at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette as an Executive Broker and Associate Vice President, focusing on residential and commercial real estate in Northwest Arkansas. Kim'sresponsibilities include sales/marketing, negotiation, customer service, and client retention.

Kim Rutledge - Vice President obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas, Sam Walton College of Business, from 1983 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Fayetteville High from 1980 to 1983.
