Krista Tivo

Krista Tivo (Rafferty) has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2008, they worked as a PLCB Shift Manager at the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, where they were responsible for managing inventory, conducting sales, and overseeing loss prevention. From 2010 to 2013, they served as an Assistant Director of Admissions at EDMC, recruiting qualified applicants and managing enrollment plans. Following this, they worked at Ryan Homes as a Sales & Marketing Representative, focusing on providing a positive customer experience and developing marketing materials. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Sales Manager at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods, achieving sales goals and implementing marketing strategies. Most recently, since 2019, they have been a Sales Director at Coldwell Banker, leading and managing their brokerage office. Additionally, they will be starting a role as a Yoga Instructor in 2022.

Krista Tivo (Rafferty) earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Pittsburgh from 2004 to 2008. Krista also holds additional certifications including a Motor Boat Operator (To Carry Passengers) from the FISH & BOAT COMMISSION, PENNSYLVANIA, a Real Estate License from the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission, and a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level II from Yoga Alliance.
