Engineering Team

The Engineering Team at Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI), a By Light Company, develops and integrates advanced training and analysis systems encompassing live, virtual, constructive, and gaming environments. They work on creating and maintaining robust simulation technologies, ensuring network security and infrastructure, and optimizing system performance to support the training of Warfighters and First Responders. The team is composed of experts in software, systems, mechanical, and network engineering, as well as specialists in quality assurance, data centers, and machine learning, all collaborating to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
