Test Engineering Team

The Test Engineering Team at Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI) is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of CESI's training and simulation products. Comprising positions such as Test Engineers, Senior Software Test Engineers, and Field Test Engineers, the team conducts comprehensive testing, including software validation, field testing, and system integration, to ensure that all solutions meet operational standards and requirements. Their work directly supports the effectiveness and readiness of Warfighters and First Responders by validating that all training and simulation technologies function as intended.
