Bart Mallon

Bart Mallon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in hedge fund law and securities. As Co-Managing Partner at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP since July 2011, and President of Flying Cloud Securities LLC since March 2013, Mallon has demonstrated leadership in the legal and financial sectors. Prior roles include serving as an Attorney at Mallon P.C. from January 2009 to July 2011 and as an Associate Attorney at a Boutique Hedge Fund Law Firm from May 2005 to December 2008. Bart Mallon holds a JD from Emory University School of Law (2006) and a BA in English from the University of Washington (2002).
